REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is a priority at Rieker Longueuil.


ORDER CANCELLATION

You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn and in perfect condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (invoice) is required

⚠️ Shoe boxes must be protected inside another package.
Any return with labels or tape directly on the shoe box will be refused.


IN-STORE RETURNS

Returns can be made in-store at the following address:

In-store returns are free.


SHIPPING FEES

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility


PARTIAL RETURNS AND SHIPPING ADJUSTMENT

If a partial return causes the original order to no longer meet the free shipping conditions, a $10 fee will be deducted from the refund.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or color, you must return the item according to the return procedure above and place a new order.


REFUND METHOD

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Processing time is 5 to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Before returning an item, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Contact information

  • Reason for return


IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

  • Any item that does not meet these conditions will be refused

  • No refund will be issued

  • The item may be returned to the customer at their expense


ORDER ERRORS

If an error is attributable to our company, you must contact us within 15 days following shipment.

Each request is reviewed individually and a response will be provided within 5 business days.
